Personalised rehabilitation for children and adults — built around the person, not the diagnosis. We work with families to turn everyday moments into meaningful progress, one step at a time.
At Rugaan Rehab-Health, we believe every individual deserves the opportunity to grow, learn, and live with confidence.
Our team provides personalised rehabilitation for children and adults, focusing not just on therapy but on improving everyday life — achieving developmental milestones, building independence, recovering after illness, or enhancing overall well-being. We work closely with families to create meaningful progress.
Therapy here goes beyond sessions. We build relationships based on trust, empathy and collaboration, so every individual feels supported throughout their journey.

Not sure where to begin? Start with an assessment — we'll tell you honestly whether therapy is needed.
Start with an assessmentSeven specialised streams delivered by a multidisciplinary team — paediatric, adult, women's health, learning, psychology, assessments and specialised programs.
Tell us what you're noticing — a missed milestone, a feeding worry, recovery after an injury. We'll guide you to the right starting point, honestly.
Every individual experiences the world differently. Some children find it difficult to play, write, eat, focus, or keep up with everyday activities. Some adults may find that an illness or injury has changed the way they move through life.
At Rugaan, Occupational Therapy is about helping people do the things that matter most to them. We take the time to understand each person's strengths, challenges and goals, then create therapy that fits their journey — not just their diagnosis.
Whether it's helping a child become more independent in daily routines or supporting an adult in regaining confidence after an injury, our focus is always on meaningful progress that carries into everyday life.
The early years are filled with tiny moments that shape a lifetime.
If you've ever wondered whether your child is meeting milestones, or simply felt that something doesn't seem quite right, you're not alone. Early Intervention is about understanding those concerns without judgement and offering support when it can make the greatest difference.
We partner with families to nurture development through play, connection and evidence-based therapy — celebrating every milestone, no matter how small it may seem.
Every child deserves to be heard, understood and connected.
Whether a child is saying their first words, struggling to express themselves, or finding it difficult to understand others, communication is about much more than speech. It's about building relationships, confidence and independence.
Our role is to create a safe, encouraging space where communication can grow naturally, one conversation at a time.
Some journeys begin differently.
For babies born early or those who have spent time in the NICU, the first few years can bring unique questions and challenges. We understand how overwhelming that journey can feel.
Our NICU follow-up program is designed to walk alongside families — monitoring development, supporting feeding and movement, and offering guidance at every stage so parents never feel they're navigating it alone.
The world can sometimes feel too loud, too bright, too fast, or simply overwhelming.
For some children, everyday experiences like getting dressed, sitting in class, trying new foods, or playing with others can be challenging because of the way they process sensory information.
We help children understand and respond to these experiences in a way that feels safe and comfortable. Through carefully planned, play-based activities, we support better attention, emotional regulation, confidence and participation in everyday life.
Mealtimes should be moments of connection, not constant worry.
If your child struggles with chewing, swallowing, accepting different textures, or refuses to eat certain foods, we understand how stressful it can be for the whole family.
Our approach goes beyond simply encouraging a child to eat. We look at the physical, sensory and emotional aspects of feeding to make mealtimes safer, more enjoyable and less overwhelming — for both the child and the family.
Starting school is about much more than knowing the alphabet or counting numbers.
Children also need to learn how to sit with a group, follow instructions, make friends, express themselves, manage emotions and become more independent.
Our School Readiness Program helps children build these essential life skills through meaningful activities that prepare them not just for school, but for learning with confidence.
Every child grows at their own pace.
Sometimes parents simply want reassurance. Sometimes they have questions they've been carrying for a while. Whatever brings you to us, we believe every concern deserves to be heard.
Our developmental assessments help us understand your child's unique strengths, abilities and areas where they may benefit from additional support. More importantly, they help us create a plan that is realistic, personalised and centred around your child.
Life can change unexpectedly.
Whether recovering from an injury, surgery, stroke, or living with a neurological condition, regaining independence can feel like a long journey.
We work alongside you to rebuild the skills that matter most in your daily life. Every therapy plan is designed around your goals — whether that's returning to work, managing daily routines, or simply feeling more confident in your own abilities.
Every child learns differently, and that's okay.
Some children need a little more time, a different approach, or extra support to discover their strengths.
Our special education services focus on meeting children where they are. We create learning experiences that build confidence, encourage curiosity, and help children develop the academic, communication and life skills they need to thrive.
Looking after emotional well-being is just as important as looking after physical health.
Whether a child is struggling with behaviour, emotions or confidence, or a family is finding it difficult to navigate everyday challenges, seeking support is a sign of strength — not weakness.
Our psychologists provide a safe, supportive space where individuals and families can better understand their experiences, build resilience and move forward with confidence.
Every stage of a woman's life brings its own changes, challenges and strengths.
Whether you're preparing for motherhood, recovering after childbirth, or simply looking to improve your physical well-being, you deserve care that understands your journey.
Our women's health services are designed to support recovery, movement, strength and confidence, helping women feel supported through every stage of life.
Parents know their children better than anyone else.
Therapy is most meaningful when it becomes a part of everyday life, not just something that happens during a session.
That's why we work closely with families, sharing practical strategies, answering questions and celebrating progress together. We believe that when parents feel empowered, children thrive.
Real progress looks different for every family. Here's what ours have shared with us.
Sample testimonial — replace with a real review. Describe the concern the family came in with, what therapy looked like, and the milestone that mattered most.
Sample testimonial — replace with a real review. Adult rehabilitation stories work well here: what daily activity became possible again, and how long it took.

Can't find yours? Message us on WhatsApp — you'll usually hear back the same day.
No referral is needed. You can book an assessment directly. If you already have reports from a paediatrician or neurologist, bring them along — they help us build a fuller picture.
The first visit is an assessment. We spend time understanding daily routines, strengths and concerns, then talk you through what we've observed and whether therapy is recommended. You'll leave with a clear next step, not a sales pitch.
It depends entirely on the goals we set together. Some families need a short block of sessions with a home program; others benefit from longer-term support. We review progress regularly and adjust the plan rather than continuing on autopilot.
In most cases, yes — family involvement is part of how we work. Your therapist will let you know when observing helps and when a child settles better working independently.
